This program caters to the beginning stages of classical ballet for both girls and boys by using the Vaganova Teaching Method. This program is not only developing a passion for dance, but the children can also learn about musicality and etiquette while improving their self-discipline, self-confidence, and socialization skills.
By using the Vaganova Teaching Method in this program, children will be able to learn the basics of ballet positioning arms and feet, the sense of balance, coordination, development of strength and flexibility. This program also encourages the freedom of expression and imagination of the children.
Class description
• Basic skills in skipping, hopping, jumping, walking and rolling
• Introduction about simple ballet arms and legs positioning
• Develop movements by using nursery rhymes and children's songs
• To encourage the children to create their dance moves by using imagination and creativity
Other than that, we will be providing a class performance award once half a year. The children who attended will be awarded a certificate by Paragon Academy of Dance too.
